Our corporate services team support cross border transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of assets, re-financing, re-structuring, public listings or fund raising together with associated activities. We regularly act to coordinate clients’ key service providers, including bankers, custodians, legal counsel, tax advisors, investment managers, auditors and Nominated Advisors. Stonehage Fleming Corporate Services is licenced and regulated in Jersey and Luxembourg and able to support and administer corporate and fund structures domiciled in Jersey, Luxembourg, Cayman or B.V.I.

From Jersey we also provide a comprehensive dealing and treasury service to handle the entirety of a family’s investment administration, including cash management, brokerage, and custody.
