We have been involved in most of the signature and complex commercial real estate developments and transactions that have occurred in the greater New Orleans metropolitan area over the last several years, as well as many significant projects throughout the rest of Louisiana. We have an in-depth understanding of the unique aspects of Louisiana law and frequently act as local counsel for national and international businesses coming into Louisiana to develop or finance real estate projects.

We assist clients with traditional and non-traditional retail and office projects; mixed-use developments; industrial properties; utility and port facilities; sports, hospitality, and leisure projects; residential developments; and public/private partnerships. Within the last three years, we have seen a significant increase in our representation of clients in connection with industrial projects along the petrochemical corridor.

We assist clients with zoning and land use matters; construction issues; and servitudes, cross-easements, and restrictive covenants affecting real estate projects.
