• Business: working for corporate clients in regard to their property requirements from sales and purchases to complex leasing arrangements. We deal with portfolio sales, funding arrangements and all areas of general commercial property work.  
• Charity: we have an in-depth understanding of the different ways in which charities work, the complexity of complying with charity law and in particular the special requirements of the Charities Act. 
• Construction.
• Education: property plays a huge part in Stone King’s education sector specialism. Almost all education transactions contain significant property elements. In this area we provide our property advice plus expert knowledge of the often-complex education legislation.
