We are also active in cross-border transactions involving the accession of Brazilian subsidiaries as guarantors of facilities entered into by their foreign parent companies, including the structuring and implementation of the related collateral.

Furthermore, our banking team has specific expertise in derivatives covering all types of underlying assets, such equity, currency, commodities or financial indices.

Our team has recognized expertise in assisting financial institutions and other market agents in connection with regulations issued by the Brazilian Central Bank or the Brazilian Securities Commission, including foreign exchange controls.
