We regularly act for clients in highly contentious and complex disputes involving the care and living arrangements for their children.

We work with our clients to explore entrenched positions with the aim of establishing a positive and sustainable outcome for their children, ideally outside of the court process. We work with a network of child-centred professionals who assist our clients in supporting themselves and their children during and after the legal process.
Our lawyers have particular expertise in unravelling complicated trusts, identifying assets held within companies and advising on complex cross-border issues. Our team is at the forefront of taking a collaborative approach to divorce and family issues and, when appropriate, we use arbitration and mediation as an alternative to court proceedings.
