STAUNCH’s arbitration practice is a partner-heavy team of eight arbitration specialists handling complex commercial and investor-state disputes, as well as the full range of arbitration-related court proceedings in the Netherlands.
STAUNCH acts in commercial and investor-state matters across a range of sectors, including construction, energy and project development, financial services, and post-M&A disputes, and has experience under major institutional and ad hoc rules (including ICC, NAI, PCA and UNCITRAL, as well as ICSID-related work). The team is also particularly active in challenges to awards, enforcement and recognition matters, and urgent court applications connected to arbitral proceedings, often with an international dimension and multiple jurisdictions in play.
