SRS Legal Transport experience covers aviation, rail, road and maritime. It also extends to logistics, in particular regarding ports and airports, with our team having acquired the knowledge and skills that allows us to play an active role in each stage of every project.

Our experience is the result of extensive work with national and international clients that carry out activities in land, sea and air transportation, in both the private and public sectors.

Our work in the transport and logistics sector includes monitoring of daily operational issues, as well on advising on administrative offenses, development of projects, dispute resolution (including arbitration), financing, licensing (environmental and other), negotiation, procurement and regulation.

A significant area of focus of the SRS team is in asset finance, having worked on the financing and acquisition of airframes, aircra engines,flight simulators, railway equipment and vessels.
