Our regional team focuses on all aspects of business law.

It is better know for (i) financing rounds and capital growth transactions as well as on private equity transactions (LBO/MBO/OBO) and (ii) general business law (Foreign Direct Investments [FDI], Economic law, Antitrust issues and commercial contracts as well as complex litigation matters).

We also regularly advise our international clients and clients based in the regions (West, South of France, etc.) on national and cross-border corporate restructurings such as mergers, spin-offs, partial transfer of assets, etc.  

Our partners, located among several major cities in France (Nantes, Aix-en-Provence, Lyon & Bordeaux), provide their clients with an accurate and thorough knowledge of the local economic agents as well as of the local economic life.
