We act for contractors and contracting authorities in public procurement disputes before the National Appeals Chamber and administrative courts. Our team also handles labour law litigation, including employment termination, remuneration, discrimination and employee liability matters, as well as administrative disputes concerning building permits, spatial planning and environmental decisions.
A significant part of our work involves white-collar cases, including financial crimes, corporate fraud and managerial liability in criminal proceedings. We also represent clients in banking litigation, including disputes relating to financial instruments and foreign currency-indexed loans, including cases before the Supreme Court and the CJEU.
