Overview

Skrine’s Project and Energy Practice comprises lawyers who specialise in both
disputes and non-disputes work. From a disputes perspective, Skrine has extensive
experience in advising and acting for domestic and foreign clients in litigation,
arbitration as well as other alternative dispute resolution processes in respect of
construction & infrastructure disputes. In this regard, members of our Projects &
Energy dispute team are regularly retained as arbitrators, consultants and counsel in both domestic and international arbitrations including at the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre as well as the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

In respect of non-disputes related work, our team advises on projects at all stages of a project’s life-cycle such as regulatory and structuring roles prior to commencement of a project, preparation, review and execution of tender & contract documents, contract and tender administration as well as transactional work such as M&A and farms-ins and project  financing.
