Our Paris-based lawyers established a first-rank capability in structuring and executing complex M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. The Paris office represents a broad array of public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks, governmental entities, and other institutions and individuals in a wide range of matters, including handling in some of their most important legal issues.
