Skadden’s China Group represents multinational and PRC corporate clients in China related transactions such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestitures, IPOs and other capital raising activities, joint ventures, regulatory matters and dispute resolution in a wide spectrum of industries.

We are known for big ticket M&A deals, particularly involving Chinese companies acquiring significant assets in the U.S. and major M&A deals in the TMT sector in China. We have worked on nearly all the recent going-private transactions of Chinese companies listed in the US.

Skadden represents many of the world's largest international companies, including approximately one half of the Fortune 250.

The China team's experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, energy and power, oil and gas, mining, airline, automotive, health care, infrastructure, insurance, outsourcing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and real estate.

We practice U.S., Hong Kong, Japanese and English law around the Asia region.
