We have a significant partner presence from across our globe who come together to deliver high end transactional advice.

We advise issuers, investment banks and institutional investors on multiple financings including: convertible and exchangeable bonds; ECP programmes; EMTN programmes; Islamic financing (including Sukuk); liability management and bond restructurings; regulatory capital and corporate hybrids; and straight debt.

Equity Capital Markets 

Our equity capital markets (ECM) specialists, many of whom have spent time working at investment banks, advise on a full range of UK, US and domestic securities laws. Their work relates to all types of equity and equity-linked transactions. 

Our main focus areas include:

  • IPOs
  • secondary offerings
  • block trades
  • global depositary receipt (GDR) offerings
  • convertible and exchangeable bond issues

The team regularly advises on international equity offerings, with a focus on Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings. We also have recognised expertise in structuring, launching and listing investment funds across a broad client base.
