• Drafting and negotiating numerous AI-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service agreements involving AI applications starting in the 2010s, representing mostly vendors and developers, but also some customers as well.
• Defended a trade secret misappropriation federal case against a vendor in the robotics sale and resolving the case favorably for the firm's client in which no money changed hands.
• Advised a robotics company on a response to an incident involving potential product liability to minimize legal risk to the company.
• Negotiated numerous agreements for a provider of parts for robots to sell its products to its customers.
• SVLG defends numerous clients in cases under the California Invasion of Privacy Act for allegedly tracking website visitors and collecting personal data used fo support marketing platforms' AI-powered features.
