After a 3-day arbitration against an Am Law 100 law firm recognized for its litigation practice, Michael received a favorable unanimous arbitration award on behalf of his client.


In 2014, Michael also represented the buyer of a chain of diagnostic imaging centers in a transaction valued at $30 million.
