We have acted on behalf of onshore and offshore lenders, borrowers and debt issuers in relation to the full range of bank financing, debt capital market transactions and debt restructuring, under conventional and Islamic financing structures.

We are well versed with financial services, financial institutions and financial intermediaries and capital market regulation under both the conventional and Islamic legal regimes. We have an established advisory practice in securities regulation, financial sector regulation, derivative contracts and payment systems.

We issue the Malaysian jurisdiction opinions to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) respectively.
