Advised the US Department of Transportation on a secured loan for the development of the SR 400 Express Lanes Project in Atlanta, Georgia.

Advised Oil Search in its exercise of a $450 million option to double its investment in the Nanushuk field in Alaska’s North Slope, while concurrently transacting to align project interests with Repsol E&P USA.

Represented Investec Bank as Administrative Agent and lender, providing $540 million of senior secured credit facilities to Stonepeak New England Power to finance the operation of a combined 1,635 MW portfolio of oil and natural gas-fired power plants in Massachusetts and Maine.

Advised Nevada Copper Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Nevada Copper Inc., in the structuring, negotiating and closing of a recently completed $378 million project financing package for the Pumpkin Hollow underground copper mining project.

Advised the lenders, mandated lead arrangers, issuing banks and agency finance party in connection with the $542 million senior secured financing of a 641 MW portfolio of three wind and two solar projects.
