  • Successful 'Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity' defence for a businessman accused of attempted murder of a colleague.
  • Overturning a rape conviction in the Court of Appeal and securing the defendant's acquittal at retrial.
  • Representing a manager of a large drug import/export company investigated by HMRC, alleging breaches of the UK export control regime
