The team advises on all aspects of planning, highway law and environment law, from major regeneration projects to providing advice on planning enforcement.

Our planning lawyers are experienced in drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements of varying complexity, advising on the community infrastructure levy, the National Planning Policy Framework, the national planning policy guidance, local plan policies, Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, listed building and conservation area issues, appropriate use of planning conditions, certificates of lawful use and development, and enforcement matters.

All our solicitors have experience of planning inquiries and as lead advisors at planning committees.

We regularly appear in the Planning Court and higher courts on planning appeals and judicial reviews.

We advise on planning for major infrastructure, including development consent orders, Transport and Works orders, harbour orders and hybrid bills.
