Seladore represents corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals across industries in cases involving sophisticated fraud schemes centred on allegations of unlawful conduct such as deceit, misrepresentation, conspiracy, and breach of fiduciary duty.

The firm is currently engaged in one of the largest civil fraud disputes in English legal history — a $14 billion claim involving allegations of unlawful means conspiracy in behalf of jailed Russian businessman Ziyavudin Magomedov. Seladore also recently acted, successfully, for His Excellency President Nyusi of Mozambique in relation to claims alleging an international fraud perpetrated on the Republic of Mozambique to procure sovereign guarantees without proper authorisation.
