Our Corporate & Commercial practice group is one of the finest in the region. The depth of our expertise, together with our international experience, extensive skills, and broad resources, allows us to effectively service a wide range of Thai and international clients, including both public and private corporations.

Our practitioners represent statutory boards, government agencies, local and foreign companies, and various other types of organisations. We advise on a diverse range of corporate ventures, and advise major statutory boards on commercial arrangements and contracts, represent them in negotiations, and draft complex documentation when these agencies become project stakeholders.

Our group is led by five partners, each of whom is a highly regarded, leading individual in his or her respective area of practice. One of our partners has more than 40 years of experience practicing corporate law, as well as vast knowledge of this practice area.
