• Complex Contract & Tort case: Defended a commercial bank against several tort claims totaling $15 million. Won dismissal of all claims against the bank and won award of damages on bank’s counterclaim and attorneys’ fees under indemnity agreement.
• Breach of contract and fiduciary duty litigation: Represented individual in litigation against law firm for negligently providing legal advice on structuring transactions. Case settled for seven figures.
• Post-Judgment Litigation & Appeals: Successfully reversed trial court’s decision dismissing Investment Adviser Act claims on behalf of large investment fund.
• Construction Litigation: Successfully defended developer in multi-million dispute with construction lender for claims involving tortious interference and lender liability.
