- Advising on taking disciplinary actions against whistle-blowers
- Localizing corporate group global policies/procedures, in particular those developed under the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010 (UKBA), to ensure their enforceability under Ukrainian laws
- Developing sophisticated anti-corruption/anti-bribery and data protection compliance programs, and their implementation step plans adjusted to the Ukrainian regulatory, employment and business environment
