We have experience in all kinds of financial transactions, including syndicated lending. We represent Mexican and foreign lenders and borrowers in many financial transactions, including asset financing, derivatives, project finance, securitization, and structured finance. We advise on all types of loan financing (both secured and unsecured) and we are pioneers in development of PPP projects in Mexico. 

We act as Mexican counsel in syndicated transactions, representing the administrative and collateral agents in syndicated loans, one of the syndicate participants, or the Mexican borrower. We represent clients in complex, innovative and multi-jurisdictional cases that require our experience in major markets. 

Ours is a truly global, full-service practice. We represent relevant governmental agencies, both local and foreign, state-owned and private banking institutions and private investment companies in all phases of project development.
