We advise on negotiation and execution of supply and distribution agreements, assignment of sanitary registrations, manufacturing, distribution, storage, import and export of products in Mexico and abroad. 

We aid in implementation of manufacturing processes with genetically modified organisms, drafting of sanitary guidelines and policies for health or sanitary inputs or materials, whether patent, generic or biotechnological pharmaceutical products, vaccines, medical devices and hygienic and surgical products, among others, as well as interpretation of the sanitary laws and regulations in Mexico, and their processes before COFEPRIS.  

We assist in preparation, review and approval of product labeling and advertisement in compliance with the applicable NOMs and health and consumer protection regulation, as well as in the certification or approval process before certification officials and authorized verification units. S+S provides legal assistance to major food and cosmetic multi-nationals in connection with compliance of the Mexican sanitary specifications in the manufacturing of their products, their labelling and the identification and implementation of the most suited legal structures.
