We advise financial intermediaries and participants in the Mexican and international markets, including investment funds, brokerage firms, mutual funds management companies, insurance companies and lending institutions, rating agencies, commission agents and agents of derivative instruments, as well as different Mexican issuers. We actively participate in diverse operations involving the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Mexican Stock Exchange, the Institutional Stock Exchange, the S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V., Institution for the Deposit of Securities, and the Mexican Derivatives Market. 

We also advise suppliers and consumers of all kinds of products and derivative instruments, including interest rates, foreign currency, equity, credit derivatives, repurchases and securities financing. We represent issuers, underwriters, credit rating agencies, agents and trustees in a variety of offerings and other transactions with securities and other financial instruments in Mexico, the United States of America and Europe.

We are front-runners in Mexico in programs of securitizing assets and actively participate with diverse credit rating agencies in the analysis of the legal configuration of structured financings.
