S+S participates in the banking and financial sector, being involved in a variety of finance projects, from preparing loan agreements (secured/unsecured or syndicated) and conducting loan restructurings with Mexican and foreign institutions, to designing and implementing complex financial structures for several industries and sectors (including national and sub-sovereign finance). 

On the cross-border and local financings, we participate in projects for the construction of highways, energy plants, hospitals, water treatment plants, telecommunications infrastructure, ports and airport terminals, real estate assets, among others. 

Our advice includes both the structuration of finance and credit facilities, as well as the security package; ongoing consultancy to international and local financial institutions and groups, such as multilateral entities, export credit agencies, credit institutions, brokerage firms, financial leasing companies, general financial institutions (non-bank banks), mutual funds, insurance companies, and affiliates of foreign financial institutions established in Mexico. S+S has been involved in the privatization of different banks and provides advice to various financial entities, including counseling related to the incorporation, merger, dissolution, winding up, sale and restructuring of all kinds of financial entities in Mexico. 

We also have vast experience in legal audits to credit institutions (private and government owned) and brokerage firms.
