Our Labor Department currently brings together a team of 10 attorneys specialized in labour law and with a strong knowledge of the Brazilian labour law and case law. As so, our firm is recognized as a leader in the Paraná State, and also in the South Region of the country. We operate beyond regional boundaries, offering advice to companies in different locations across Brazil. Our clients include major companies such as BRF and DAF Caminhões, showing our ability to handle complex labour demands.
In the field of preventive labour law, our experience covers a variety of sectors. We have a solid presence in health sector (Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Ponta Grossa), in passenger and cargo transportation (Expresso Princesa dos Campos), in chemical industry (AP Winner), in cooperatives (Castrolanda, Coopagrícola, and Frisia), in automotive industry (OESL Automotive), and also in the metallurgical sector (Metalúrgica Schiffer and Metalúrgica Bosch).
We work within private law to create customized legal solutions tailored to each client's specific circumstances. By structuring specific solutions for each context, we work with a diverse range of clients on business planning to mitigate expenses. One example is in the negotiation of executive terminations, mediating the dismissal and drafting non-compete agreements, where we aim to protect the contracting corporations.
