Sadkowski and Partners

About

Provided by Sadkowski and Partners

Our employment team of 11 lawyers, operating across 6 offices in Poland, provides legal services mainly to employers, HR departments, management boards, and business owners from sectors such as transportation, services, FMCG, trade, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and banking. We advise both large organisations and growing businesses on managing complex employment relationships and regulatory requirements.

Our services include ongoing employment advisory, workplace crisis management, preparation and review of employment documentation, and strategic support in hiring key personnel and board members. We assist with HR policies, whistleblowing procedures, anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination measures, working time systems, remote work regulations, employee delegations abroad, and cooperation with temporary work agencies or outsourcing providers.

We also conduct HR due diligence, compliance audits, and training for employers and HR teams. We represent clients during inspections by the State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), as well as in labour court proceedings across Poland. In collective labour law, we support employers in relations with trade unions and works councils, negotiations, collective disputes, and restructuring projects, including collective redundancies and voluntary departure programmes. We also advise on social insurance law, including contribution bases and representation in proceedings related to ZUS decisions.
