The department is also well regarded for specialized capabilities in Israeli market distinct segments , including a strong track record in M&A and restructurings within the kibbutz and cooperative sectors, and transactions involving regulated entities such as insurance companies, provident funds, and financial institutions. We have significant experience in public company matters, including tender offers, mergers, and going-private transactions, and advise multinational corporations on cross-border carve-outs, divestitures, and complex separation and integration processes.

The team advises acquirers, sellers, targets, investors, special committees, and financial institutions throughout all stages – from structuring through negotiation and execution to post-closing integration.
