The law firm of Rymarz Zdort Maruta is an independent Polish law firm that was established in January 2023 through the largest ever merger of Polish law firms. It was formed by combining the best competences of Rymarz Zdort (which for almost 30 years had been part of the global law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP) and Maruta Wachta (a pioneering Polish law firm specialising in new technology law). Being an undisputed leader on the Polish market, we also have extensive experience in cross-border/international transactions, in respect of which we have often coordinated teams of lawyers operating in various jurisdictions.
