The firm provides a comprehensive service regarding environmental matters and has extensive experience in most industries developed in Peru (particularly mining, industrial, energy and gas). The environmental practice group plays a key role in natural resources and infrastructure project development, not only by assessing and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for project development, but working together with our clients to address specific issues, such as matters related to air quality control, water rights, nature protection and hazardous waste management.

The firm’s expertise in environmental matters also includes commercial and legal support in Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) and offset projects, according to voluntary standards regarding carbon finance structuring.
