Likewise, our practice team’s service is provided to potential investors interested in participating on existing or new electricity projects giving them regulatory and commercial advice for the development and financing matters. It also involves advice on the negotiation of power purchase agreements and participation in auction/bidding processes, giving comprehensive advice from the award stage to the development stage of the energy projects, among other issues.
