The department has an undisputed track record of successfully steering clients through the largest M&A transactions, closely watched investigations and complex antitrust litigation in Slovenia.
The firm is known for breaking new grounds in the Slovenian competition law. The department is one of the few in Slovenia with experience of representing clients before the European Commission as well as before the European Court of Justice with respect to alleged infringement of Article 101 TFEU. Members of the competition team bring on board years of experience in all areas of competition law.
