Our Telecommunications team assists clients with legal and regulatory matters related to information technology (IT). We further advise public, private, value-added and other IT-related operators and  have extensive experience in network access, as well as contract drafting  for the provision of transportation services through networks.

We advise clients on all stages of business, from applying for and obtaining permits, the negotiation of interconnection and co-location agreements and on disputes settlement with other operators and intermediate and end users.

We represent our clients in competition issues. We comment on regulatory proposals and we advice on the design and implementation of strategies to improve current regulations.

We support participation in processing of concessions promoted by both Proinversión and FITEL for the development of telecommunications infrastructure, as well as in the implementation of business models and development of projects in the sector.
