Our Labor practice group has extensive experience in Labor Law and Social Security, including contracting and subcontracting, disciplinary sanctions, collective bargaining, individual or collective termination of employment, labor taxation, equality and non-discrimination at the workplace.

Answering to current needs of companies and organizations, the labor practice group has grown on the basis of hiring experienced lawyers in certain sub-specialties which require a special knowledge. Thus, we have experts in constitutional-labor law, safety and health in the workplace, labor inspections and immigration matters.

We represent our clients in labor and employment proceedings before the labor authority, in court and in arbitration proceedings.

We assist in the planning of hiring policies, data protection in work-related issues, human resources management, and labor audits.
