Our Environmental Law team advises clients on compliance and monitoring of environmental and sanitation obligations, and the development of community relations strategies in mining, oil and gas, electricity and agroindustry, among other economic activities.

We participate in securing permits, in land purchase strategies, cadastral surveys, inspection and litigation processes and in our client’s interaction with the authorities. We conduct environmental due diligences for M&A transactions, for project finance and for obtaining environmental certifications.

Our advice covers design and qualification aspects for access to financing mechanisms for projects with high environmental impact, as well as on securing environmental certifications. Also, we work with business associations in drafting proposals for reforming environmental legislation.
