Our Public Law group advises domestic and international clients in public procurement processes, including public tenders, reverse auctions, corporate purchases, price framework agreements, among others related administrative proceedings.

We assist our clients with all stages of the various proceedings before national, regional and local authorities, from obtaining licenses, permits and authorizations to the negotiation of the final agreements to be executed with the government. 

We represent our clients in objection, administrative and sanctioning proceedings initiated against them by the authorities and in the resolution of disputes arising from public procurement processes. Thus, our lawyers assume a key role in solving the most complex controversies related to contracting with the state.
