We conduct environmental due diligences for M&A transactions, for project finance and for obtaining environmental certifications.

Our advice covers design and qualification aspects for access to financing mechanisms for projects with high environmental impact, as well as on securing environmental certifications. Also, we work with business associations in drafting proposals for reforming environmental legislation.
