Notable results include:

• Obtained jury verdict of $520.6 million for infringement of patents covering web browser technology in Eolas v. Microsoft Corporation.
• Recovered over $500 million in settlements for owner of patents covering microprocessor technologies in Intergraph v. Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Gateway, and others.
• Obtained $13.5 million in settlements for owner of trade secrets relating to automated furniture products in Megdal Associates LLC v. La-Z-Boy, Inc.
• Obtained complete defense verdict from unanimous three member panel in $100 million international arbitration alleging breach of license agreement in Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy v. Phillips Beverage Company.
