  • Obtained $13.5 million in settlements for owner of trade secrets relating to automated furniture products in Megdal Associates LLC v. La-Z-Boy, Inc.
  • Obtained complete defense verdict from unanimous three member panel in $100 million international arbitration alleging breach of license agreement in Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy v. Phillips Beverage Company.
