Our team of experts has represented companies facing liquidity issues providing advice to adjust their business through legal strategies and agreements with their creditors to continue as ongoing concerns. We have also advised domestic and foreign creditors within complex restructuring processes, (mainly financial institutions and bondholders), both in and out-of-court, defending their interests and negotiating to maximize recovery.
