Initially, the firm was engaged by major international actors in insolvency proceedings managed by the estates of the former banks, including Commerzbank, BNP Paribas, RBI, Erste Group, LBBW, and others). Subsequently, Réttur represented bondholders, primarily various funds, in set-off, recission, and winding-up cases involving Glitnir, Kaupthing and Landsbanki Íslands.
