The Firm is equally strong in handling public and private matters for debtors or creditors. It has developed highly specialized practice groups within its department, focused on areas such as construction, real state, agro-industry, banking and financial services, among others. Our versatile team advises financial institutions, investors, funds, suppliers and other creditors and companies from a wide range of different industries and services in highly sophisticated restructurings, reorganizations and distressed mergers and acquisitions.

Furthermore, we are currently advising relevant companies in distress situations in order to prevent them of insolvency scenarios. This is a service that has been provided, recently, by our division.

We have an important practice group currently comprising four highly experienced partners: Gonzalo De Las Casas, José Jiménez Chocano, Daniel Gonzáles and Marcia Arellano and three associates participating on a case by case basis.
