Negotiated on behalf of a municipal client to secure a unique NPDES General Permit governing nitrogen discharges from wastewater into the Great Bay Estuary. Efforts included securing an Administrative Order on Consent to provide our client with additional time to evaluate and implement optimization efforts to achieve effluent limitations to minimize costly plant upgrades.
