Our Banking & Finance team advises on both domestic and cross-border lending, from simple unsecured bilateral loans to the most complex syndicated transactions. Our team has in-depth knowledge of the domestic Malaysian market, coupled with extensive familiarity with international market standards such as use of Loan Market Association (LMA) and Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) documentation.

We regularly act for leading Malaysian and international financial institutions, as well as public and private corporations in financing matters, including transactions relating to the Labuan International Business & Financial Centre.
