Corporate Department:

  • Initiated proceedings of bankruptcy for MI Industries (India) Pvt. Ltd. against Ha-Meem Group; assisted Oriental Container Line regarding the takeover of the company; restructured HR Policy of Pou Chen Group (Bangladesh Pou Hung Industrial Ltd) of KEPZ, Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Construction Department:

  • We advised Unitex LP Gas Limited with project due diligence, framework agreement, EPC and other related contract drafting.

Finance Department:

  • Resolved an Income Tax related dispute for Grameen Danone Foods Ltd., the case was Reported in 6 CLR (HCD) (2018) 25; represented Philips Lighting Bangladesh Limited before different customs appellate authorities.

Investment Department:

  • Opening a company, originally from UK and India in Dhaka Export Processing Zones.
