• Assisted a group of shareholders in the sale of Roca Acero, one of the largest independent metal scrap recyclers in Mexico, to Steel Dynamics Inc.
• Assisted a minority shareholder in the acquisition of a controlling stake in a third party logistics provider.
• Assisted a start up founder and its group of investors in the sale of a food delivery app to FEMSA Digital.
• Assisted a start up founder and its group of investors in the sale of a point of sale mobile application to FEMSA Digital.
• Assisted the founder and minority shareholder of Hybridge Education in the negotiations with a majority shareholder for the sale of its majority stake.
