Philippe Pinsolle is based in Geneva and heads the firm's international arbitration for continental Europe. He is held in high esteem for his extensive experience in handling investor-state arbitrations, and he is widely recognised as a go-to for representing international corporations and state-owned companies, as well as sovereign states. Areas of strength include arbitrations involving unlawful expropriation and the oil and gas, energy and construction sectors.

Stephen Jagusch KC is the global chair of the firm's international arbitration practice. He has an exceptional reputation in the field, and is particularly lauded for his experience representing corporates, financial institutions and sovereign states in major investor-state and commercial arbitrations. His sectorial expertise includes proficiency in the banking and finance, telecommunications and infrastructure industries.

John Rhie a Hong Kong-based practitioner and is managing partner of the firm's international arbitration practice in Asia. He has robust expertise leading cross-border arbitrations, with particular proficiency in technical disputes in shareholder agreements and in private equity investments. Handling complex ICC and UNCITRAL arbitrations is also recognised as one of his strengths.

Michael Young KC previously acted as vice president of the ICC Court of Arbitration and he is highly regarded by clients for his exceptional ability to handle high value and complex arbitrations. Fluent in English and French, he has strong expertise advising on matters related to European and African jurisdictions, and his sectorial expertise lies in energy-related arbitrations as well as in the oil and gas sector.

Anthony Sinclair is based in London and is noted for his diverse international arbitration practice. He has broad regional expertise, including proficiency advising in the CIS region, as well as in jurisdictions across Eastern Europe and Asia. He is particularly experienced in handling investment treaty arbitrations under UNCITRAL, CRCICA, ICC and LCIA arbitral rules.
