• The firm has extensive experience in appellate courts in the state and federal systems, including being responsible for petitions for writs of certiorari and responses to petitions for writs of certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States and petitions for extraordinary relief in the Arkansas Supreme Court. The firm has also assisted with merits briefing and preparing for oral argument in the United States Supreme Court.
