Our litigators serve a large client base, ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and major financial institutions. While our lawyers are seasoned and successful advocates in the courtroom, our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with cost-effective results, whether obtained in or out of court. Consistent with this goal, our litigators counsel clients in strategies to avoid litigation and are skilled in the art of negotiation. Our attorneys have significant experience acting as counsel to litigants in alternative dispute resolution settings, and several of our Litigation practice attorneys are American Arbitration Association (AAA) qualified arbitrators
